| Donald Simon, who is legally blind, heads to his bank with the help of Dahlia Vercher, 10, Mariah Loffman, 8, and his Rhoades bike along Elvis Presley Boulevard south of Graceland on Monday. Simon said he bought the bike for his wife, who has cerebral palsy. Simon also uses the bike to get groceries since he can't drive a regular vehicle. |
