AFFILIATE AND CYBER DEALER PROGRAM

The Affiliate Program pays a 15% commission to you when a customer sent from your site purchases a Rhoades Car.

Commissions will range from $150 to over $450 depending on the amount of sale. Commission checks are sent out monthly.

It's Simple to get started with these three steps.
1. Fill out the form below completely.
2. Save one or more banners from the next page to your server.
3. Link those banners to our site incorporating your Affiliate ID number which will be assigned in the form below.

The "xxxxx" should be replaced with your ID number assigned below.

Acceptance:

You are automatically accepted for our Affiliate program
unless notified by RhoadesCar. You are free to post our
banner on as many pages as you like. And are free to take
it down whenever you wish. You will be considered out of
the program, when you notify us, or 6 months after your last
referral.

Note:
Pornographic, Illegal or Offensive sites are not accepted.

Length of term:

You will only have to generate traffic to our site, through
your site or page, "one time" in order to obtain the
commission for that person. It does not matter when that
person purchases an item. The commissions will continue
for as long as you are in the Affiliate program.

Payment:
Payments are made monthly, by the 30th for sales
made in the prior month. There is no minimum payment
amount.

Commission:
15% of gross sale, is paid on normal retail orders. 7%
of gross sale, is paid on wholesale orders. (most orders
are of the retail type)

Reports:
Sales reports are emailed by the 15th of every month
showing your sites sales for the previous month.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

(Q) How do you know when sales come from my site?

(A) Your ID number assigned to you is part of the link to
our site. All visitors have to leave their mailing
address at our site in order to receive our FREE
literature package. The customer address information
and your id number are permanantly stored in our
database of over 140,000 inquiries.

(Q) Why don't you use a online tracking system?

(A) Sales for our products are too expensive, and
complicated to be completed on line. Sales are usually
completed by phone after many questions are answered.
Sometimes there is several months between the inquiry
and the sale, and an online sytem can't do it as yet.

(Q) How do I know you are not going to cheat me out of my
money?

(A) We want you to make money! If you are not making
money your not going to continue with our referral program.
By cheating you, we would be cheating ourselves, and we
don't want to do that! The more money you make, the more
we make. We have been tracking and paying representative
commissions for over 20 years.

(Q) How does payment by commission compare to payment by
clickthrough,impression, or by transaction?

(A) Our goal is to make it more profitable for you by
commission, because unlike the other methods, you
have to wait for your money until a sale is made.

Although all sites will vary lets use an example:
Let's say our banner gets: 1,000 impressions.
Initiates; 10 clicks
which leads to;  2 forms being filled out(inquiries)
Our average sale is $20 per inquiry= $40 total
So a 15% commission= $6.00
Which = $6 per 1,000 impressions
Which = $.60 per click through
Which = $3 per transaction

The above is only an example. In actuality average sale
amounts are considerably larger, and frequency is less
often.

(Q) Do I get paid a commission on any products that I buy.

(A) No., Friends,relatives,employees and yourself do not
qualify.
